Bay of Quinte Sportsfishing is a professional guiding
service serving the Bay of Quinte Region. The staff of Bay Quinte
Sportsfishing makes every effort to provide you with an enjoyable and
relaxing day of fishing on the Bay. With over 20 years of professional and
tournament success on the Bay we have a wealth of experience and know how to
ensure you a great day on the water.
The Bay of Quinte has long been known as a top trophy
walleye destination for all four seasons and now with water quality
improvements other species are now reaching trophy size and quantity
catches. Largemouth Bass and Smallmouth bass average between 2-5lbs and its
not uncommon to hear of bass reaching 6-7 pounds. Pike and numerous Panfish
are also plentiful in the Bay.
Fishing should be easy, fun and enjoyable and so all
you need to do is show up. We have 2 fully rigged fiberglass bass boats
complete with all rods, reels, lures, baits, electronics and anything else
needed. Please feel free to bring your own equipment but it isn’t
necessary. We can accommodate 1-2 persons per boat.If you are coming from
out of town we have lodging packages available.
We design our day on the water after discussing with
you what you would like to do. We welcome families/kids and really enjoy
teaching kids the fun of panfishing. We can target any species, whether
it’s late fall trophy walleye, summer/fall bass or spring walleye/pike.
Speaking of trophies, if you happen to catch that fish
of a life time, we recommend a Taxidermist that uses modern fiberglass
reproduction technologies. The advantage of this is they only require a
picture and measurement of the fish to create a life like reproduction of
your catch while allowing the fish to be released.
The cost for a full day or half day on the water is
