The entire west end of the upper bay is shallow and weed-choked, prime largemouth bass territory.  Check the weed edges and pockets in 2 to 6 feet of water with spinnerbaits or soft jerkbaits, especially in July and August.  The north part of this area (behind Trenton Cold Storage) and south part, at The Carrying Place, are normally best.
