Area 27

North Port Shoal is one of the upper bay=s classic all season walleye spots. Troll the 9 to 12 foot flat in May; cast crankbaits around the boulder-strewn hump south of Buoy Q43 in late summer; jig the rocky drops in October/November; and try the 18-20 foot water north of the shoal through the ice.

North Port also holds good smallies, especially in October.
