Winter walleye roam the 15 - 22 foot mud flat between North Port Shoal and Telegraph Narrows. Drill lots of holes, move often and try a variety of lure types and colors. Some anglers do well jigging a traditional casting spoon like a Little cleo, tipped with a 3-inch minnow.
